HOTEL INFORMATION

The Fundación Universidad Empresa de Valencia has booked various rooms in hotels near the Conference venue. Please remember that the number of rooms is limited. Requests will be processed on a first come first served basis and will be subject to space availability.

  • Deadline for early payment: May, 15th 2003
  • Deadline for guaranteed reservation: May, 23rd 2003

IMPORTANT:

  • Hotel Excelsior, Hotel Venecia, Hotel Continental and Hostal Morellana are fully booked.
  • Two new hotels have been added.

Notes:
  • All rates are in euros and are per room and night including taxes. Breakfast is included except in H. Antigua Morellana.
  • These special rates are available only for payment before May, 15th and apply to dates between June, 7th to June, 14th (included).
HOTEL RESERVATION

The Fundación Universidad Empresa de Valencia manages the hotel reservation.

Payment should be made in euros by

  • Bank transfer to the account of the Fundación Universidad Empresa de Valencia (not directly to the hotel).
  • Credit card (only Visa or Master card)
    2 possibilities: Distance VISA payment or payment upon arrival at the Conference Venue and NOT AT THE HOTEL CHECK IN.

Hotel reservation will not be effective and confirmed until complete payment has been received or credit card data have been communicated.
