1. The Poster Sessions are scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday between 19:30 and 20:30
2. The authors are requested to be available near their posters during their Poster Session. Please, check in the Conference Program for which day your poster paper is assigned
3. The posters can be placed starting from 9 in the morning of Wednesday (Poster Session 1) and Thursday (Poster Session 2), respectively
4. The poster should be removed from the poster-board immediately after the session
5. The conference organizers are not responsible for the posters left on the poster-board after the Poster Session
6. Both Poster Sessions will be held in the central corridor on the ground floor
7. The available poster-board size is 84 cm wide and 118 cm high (A0 size)
8. The posters can be a single piece or a mosaic but must not exceed the given size
9. Each poster-board will be labeled (C0001 to Cnnn) at the top-left corner with the relation to the number of the paper given when the paper was submitted. Please, pin-up your poster on the assigned poster-board
10. The organizers strongly recommend using tapes
