Hotel Reservation Information

General Information

We are pleased to offer special rates at the following hotels for the convenience of the participants already registered in the conference. These hotels are to be assigned on first-come first-served basis. The official travel agent for hotel reservations is Transvía Tours S.L. The reservation of hotels must be made through the Hotel Reservation Form, in order to take advantage of these prices. However, the organizing committee can not guarantee there are not better prices for these hotels through some Travel Agency on the Internet.

Procedure for Hotel Reservations and Payment

Participants wishing to reserve hotel accommodation must be registered in the conference and should complete the relevant parts of the Hotel Reservation Form.

The procedure to make a reservation is:

· provide your e-mail and participant code,

· fill the hotel registration form, selecting three possible hotel according to your convenience,

· submit it, the submission process will send you an e-mail with a copy of your reservation (PDF),

· print and complete the card numbers in the reservation copy

· fax the reservation copy no later than July, 15th

Payment

All room fees are paid to Transvía Tours S.L. All fees will be charged at the end of the stay.

Deadlines and Cancellation

The deadline for the reservation of accomodation is July, 15th. After this deadline we can not guarantee neither these Hotels, nor these prices.

All cancellations/amendments must be done in written (fax, letter or e-mail). In case of hotel cancellations, the following cancellation fees will be applied:

If cancellation notification is received:

· Until August 15th ---------------------------------------------- No cancellation charge

· After August 15th --------------------------------------------- 10% of stay will be charged

· No presentation ----------------------------------------------- Full stay will be charged
